Every Moment Lamp is printed to order in New Zealand from your photo. It usually leaves our workshop within 3–5 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email.
Shipping rates
Duties and import taxes
- United States: duties are prepaid and included. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Everywhere else: your country may charge import VAT/GST or duties when the parcel arrives.
Returns
Because every lamp is made from your own photo, we can't take returns for a change of mind. If something is wrong with the print, we'll make it right.
Damaged or faulty
If your lamp arrives broken or the light doesn't work, email a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
